Project Summary:
The client company faced recurring challenges in managing its tools and material inventory, particularly losses and theft. To address this issue, a centralized software solution was implemented, enabling efficient management of all physical resources. Each tool and piece of equipment is now linked to precise data, such as its specifications, usage history, scheduled maintenance, and traceability of the employees who have used it. The system also allows each resource to be assigned to a specific location or individual, providing a comprehensive overview and significantly reducing losses and inefficiencies.

Our role involved integrating the software from our Swiss partner, Timly, and ensuring it was configured to meet the company’s specific needs. Special attention was given to data management, material traceability, and optimizing logistical workflows between worksites. We also facilitated coordination among teams to ensure a smooth adoption of the solution. Thanks to this integration, the company now benefits from a robust and intuitive system that ensures optimal management and reduces losses.
